Ariel’s parents divorced when she was very young and having to pay off her father’s debts, Ariel became the head of the family. This made her feel, don’t always wait to see what others do, if there is anything you want to pursue, then you should begin from yourself. When asked what’s her latest ‘habit’ ? Ariel replies: “Inviting family to eat breakfast together, cohere family atmosphere and then open up the atrium to have some close time with my father.” Talking about her future plans, Ariel happily replies: “I often think about what my life will be like when I am 40, 50 – our whole family living in a building in the South Garden, we can walk around barefeet in the sand, and we will spend the rest of our life gardening, cooking and looking after our dog.”

Other than this, whenever Ariel finishes work early, she will attend a wine-tasting class, French cuisine, home layout, French etiquette and other lifestyle classes. She wants to learn valuable things in life, so she continues to learn, afraid that if she stops learning, she will regress.

When she doesn’t need to rush filming, Ariel sleeps at 10pm and gets up at 4:50am. She wants to use the quiet morning to listen to the English radio, read scripts, read books, open letters from fans, and write in her diary. People who have seen Ariel in person will definitely say, “she is wronged by the camera lens.” This is because off-screen, her round face is actually a seed-shaped face, her arms and legs also belong under the “good sporty figure” category. Every night after she eats dinner, she will persist on running for 45 minutes, afterwards she will take a bath and then go to sleep. Before meals, she will eat fruit to help fill her up, lunch is normal, dinner she will mainly eat vegetables and non-fatty foods. Talking about eating, Ariel replies: “Organic.” She especially places great importance on breakfast; she would go to the organic store to buy soy beans, and then use a conditioning machine to add water and mash it into milk (does not add sugar), or she would eat brown rice & dried meat floss porridge, to detox and help digestion.
