Kitagawa Keiko is a popular model/actress under the management of Stardust. She debuted in 2003 for the role of Sailor Mars/Hino Rei in the sentai series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. In the same year she also won the title of Miss Seventeen which landed her into modeling for SEVENTEEN Japan. For three years, she had been the magazine’s top model and a frequent face in its cover.
