Actress Ryoko Hirosue, 28, on Tuesday night arrived at Narita airport from the Academy Awards which she attended as a member of the cast of the Oscar-winning film, “Okuribito” (Departures).

Hirosue told reporters, “It is really the crew who won the award. The Oscar statuette is heavy but it is a good motivation for me from now on.” Asked if she would like to appear in Hollywood films, Hirosue said, “If I have a chance.”

Academy Awards MC Hugh Jackman, 40, and presenter Robert Pattinson as well as Zhang Ziyi, 30, were also on the same flight to Narita for the promotion of their films in Japan.

Asked about Hirosue, Jackman said, “I would like to costar with Ms Hirosue in the future.” Hirosue, who didn’t know he was on the same flight, gushed “With pleasure.”

Jackman will join Nicole Kidman at a red carpet event on Thursday night for “Australia” (but will not have a press conference). Only Japan-based media will be allowed to attend. Pattinson is here, along with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner to promote their teen vampire romance film “Twilight.”
