After it is announced that Lee Hyori will not be releasing a followup hit after hitty Chitty Bang Bang?for her 4th album, there has been great interests regarding her activities to come.

The truth is Lee Hyori 4th album -Logic?promotions was somewhat disrupted by the CheonAhn naval ship sinking in May. With the great popularity that the songs like hitty Chitty Bang Bang? ring It Back?and wing?received on music charts, there has been great interests from fans as to what the follow up hit to the album will be.

But with the CheonAhn naval ship sinking accident in May, the activities for her followup hit has become uncertain. After her comeback, her comeback stage was postponed for about 3 weeks due to the accident. In addition, with the opening of the 2010 World Cup games on 11th June, the followup hit activities was further postponed.

Another reason for that is also that Lee Hyori contract with her agency Mnet Media is coming to an end. There are plans for her to leave Mnet after her 4th album promotions and to set up her own agency with her manager during her Fin.K.L days.

But it does not mean that fans cannot look forward to Lee Hyori follow up song promotions. Lee Hyori will be participating in various World Cup events and there is high possibilities that she may continue to promote for a while after the World Cup season.

Recently earning the image of ‘4-dimensional actor, Kim SungMin has revealed his apology to singer Lee Hyori.

Kim SungMin was on SBS ‘One Night’s TV Entertainment’ recently when he was asked “You like Lee Hyori’s style?” referring to his hugging incident with Lee Hyori on Mnet 20’s Choice previously. He replied, “If I was Lee Hyori, I would feel unhappy. One day when we meet, I need to apologise to her.”

Previously on Mnet 20’s Choice, when Lee Hyori won the multitainer award, Kim SungMin had given her a tight hug which became the interests amongst netizens online.

Hyori’s auction consists of 20 outfits from “10 Minutes,” “Get Ya,” “U-Go-Girl,” and “Hey Mr. Big.” All were worn by Hyori herself. The ensembles include jackets, t-shirts, pajamas, etc.

‘Sexy icon’ singer Lee Hyori will advance into China through CF.

She has recently been appointed the model for Hyundai car in China. With that, the CF is set to air the latter half of the year.

The CF will be in the form of a music drama. And this time, Hyundai had the group who did Anycall’s ‘Anymotion’ and ‘AnyStar’ for this CF. With this, Anymotion’s ‘Dream Team’ director Cha Eun Taek and composer Park Geun Tae will be working on this upcoming CF.

As for who will be acting alongside Lee Hyori in the CF is yet to decided, but casting will be done in China.

It has been reported that Yoon Gun, famous for being part of the R&B duo Brown Eyes, had the opportunity to get closer to the sexy Lee Hyori. Luckily, they got closer for professional reasons and it’s nothing personal. Even so, Yoon Gun is one lucky SOB.

Naul is the second half of Brown Eyes and also the better singer of the two. Naul, due to his strong Christian background, dislikes promoting Brown Eyes (my speculation). Brown Eyes never comes out on the weekly music shows and even at award ceremonies only Yoon Gun is there to collect the awards. It was even reported that Naul sometimes didn’t even come out to the studio to record and just sent in his recording from his home. Despite all of this, Brown Eyes has still managed to win awards. Singer Lee Hyori recently talked about love life, marriage and music through an interview with magazine Singles.

In it, she also mentioned that she wants to be like Park Jin Young and Yang Hyun Seok to groom young stars.

On love and marriage

She said, “I used to think about having a perfect marriage and that I can love (someone) forever. But right now, such imaginations are all gone. I meet men with the thinking of who will take responsibilities of me, who will be there when I’m lonely, but with much expectations, it seems I will only get hurt. Actually it is not like I will not accept when my other half gets lonely or when he faces things that are not going well, but right now I like it that I have a friend and we love each other and encourages each other. Someone who is like a friend who will be around when things aren’t going well, and to protect me.”
About venturing overseas

About causing an issue about her going overseas to advance her career, she said, “I always communicate with my company. Talking about not going overseas. They worked very hard and I also like the song alot.”

Hyori said, “I want to live doing things I want to do. I want to do a fashion talkshow with my name. If I have the chance, I want to do acting too.”

Even though she still wishes to get back into acting, she is taking proposals carefully and not jumping into decisions.

She said, “I don’t want to work on productions just depending on my popularity. I want to do a production that has to have me in it and needs me in it. Unconditionally mini series one top. Last time when I was filming for ‘4 Leaf Clover’, I didn’t know I was filming as the lead for miniseries one top. And it was really hard on me. I would love a minor movie or drama, I want to try a role where I can learn alot.”

Lee Hyori will release a new full-length album coming September.

Lee Hyori’s representative announced, “This coming September, Lee Hyori will release her 4th album. Until now, we haven’t start on the preparation work for the album, but we will be starting on the planning of the album concept etc soon.”

The Kpop diva took the Kpop zone by storm last year with her comeback 3rd album and title song ‘U-Go-Girl’.

Meanwhile, Hyori has headed for America Las Vegas on 27th February for a photoshoot and also for a short vacation. She will return to Korea on 6th march.

After we have news that JYP and Rain will be having a special stage together, here’s another exciting news of a special stage between 2 of Korea’s biggest “Sexy Icons” Lee Hyori and Rain.

They will be having a joint stage on 29th December after 5 years.

Hyori also appeared at Rain’s fashion brand “Six To Five” launch show last 23rd December. Rain said, “I had went up to Hyori noona and asked her for a favour to appear on the show. She had agreed to it immediately. This is going to be a fantastic performance.”

This is because Rain had also appeared on Hyori’s solo concert as guest performer on 20th December performing 3 of his songs Rainism, Fresh Woman and It’s Raining.

The last time the 2 performed together was in 2003 November on MBC “Korean Movie Award” with Tango performance and in December that yaer for KBS “Music Award” with a dance battle.
